A strategic plan only works if people remember it. For Student Experience and Support (SES), a division spanning twelve units, that means the visual language needs to show up consistently across formats and over time.

Using a shared set of core graphic elements, a visual system was built across presentations, print and digital reports. Each piece feels distinct to its format, but part of the same recognizable look. A structured report layout made it faster to produce customized visuals that stayed on brand, while PowerPoint templates gave non-designer staff the tools to create consistent materials independently.
